1. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
M&E involves collecting, analysing and communicating information about people – therefore, it is especially important that M&E is conducted in an ethical and legal manner, with particular regard for the welfare of those involved in and affected by it.
Data Collection Monitoring
Data collection monitoring uses systematic collection of data on specified indicators to provide the management and the main stakeholders of an on-going intervention with indications of the extent of progress and achievement of objectives and progress in the use of allocated funds.
Project Evaluation
Systematic and objective assessment of on-going or completed interventions (actions/policies), their design, implementation and results according to the following OECD criteria including: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, impact and coherence.

2. Data Analysis and interpretation
Quantitative data is collected using tablets CAPI, and immediately converted into STATA , SPSS or R. do-files for data cleaning is developed from pilot survey to facilitate high frequency check during data collection. Quantitative data is analyzed using STATA, R. or SPSS software. Descriptive analysis and inferential analysis is conducted based on the Key Project indicators.

4. Data Collection
CIBA designs table that builds upon a project/programme’s logframe to detail key M&E requirements for each indicator and assumption. It summarizes key indicator (measurement) information in a single table: a detailed definition of the data, its sources, the methods and timing of its collection, the people responsible and the intended audience and use of the data.

5. Data Quality Monitoring
The data quality monitoring is the system used by CIBA to control the accuracy of data collected by enumerators from fields. The offline method is used in collecting and monitoring data being collected into fields with no internet access, where the programmed questionnaire contains response limit (constraint, Skip patterns, Pre-loaded information, time and text limit, etc.) Data manager install and download programmed questionnaire from server into android device then enumerator, opens, and fills questionnaire programmed and at the end of a day data will be sent to the server using the internet connection. This method helps CIBA have the accuracy of data collected into fields by enumerators.
